This Villa is located in the heart of Chianti, in the open countryside. Surrounded by olive fields and vineyards, it is a perfect tuscan style location immersed in the peace and relax, halfway between Florence and Siena.

The Villa is divided into apartments, renovated and furnished in the typical Tuscan style, which can be rented separately or all together for groups of up to 24 people.

Services

  • A well-kept garden surrounds the villa, our guests are free to stroll around our property, which is made up of over 20 hectares of land.
  • Our 15m long x 7.5m wide swimming pool is located in a panoramic position.
  • The swimming pool and the equipment such as deck chairs, umbrellas, sunbeds, are available to our guests to enjoy fully relaxing afternoons.
  • Upon request, we would be happy to cook typical Tuscan dinners for our guests.

What to do
Upon your arrival, we will provide you with all the information for trips to discover the most beautiful and characteristic villages in the region.
Upon request, we book tickets for our guests at the Uffizi Museum or the Accademia Museum in Florence, in order to avoid long waiting lines.

Our prices do not include the tourist tax, equal to 1 Euro per night for each person over 14 years of age; those who stay 7 nights or more will pay only 6 Euros per stay.

In case of cancellations made between 24 hours after the booking and 121 days before the arrival, a penalty of 30% on the total amount will be applied.

Cancellations from 120 dd on arrival to 7 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.

Cancellations from 6 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.

In case of 'missed arrival' or 'Early Departure', cancellation policies starting from '0 days before arrival' will be applied

“Very nice apartment (Family) with a terass that we used a lot. The place was very relaxed and easy going, everything you needed to wind down. The pool area was also vey nice. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, a typical tuscan landscape, with wine and olive trees. Stefano was an excellent host! Would definitely go there again.”

“Nos llevamos un gran recuerdo, por su privilegiada posición, en el corazón de la Toscana, a unos veinte minutos en coche de Florencia, Siena y otras poblaciones como San Gimignano o Monteriggioni y sus preciosos atardeceres desde la terraza. Nos alojamos en el apartamento Focolare, espacioso, cómodo y acogedor, que se compone de una habitación de matrimonio y un sofá cama situado en el comedor. Destacaría la excelente atención del propietario de la propiedad, el señor Stefano, que se defiende en un correcto español y eso siempre se agradece. Nada más llegar nos obsequió con una botella de vino rosado bien fresquito y nos dio unos consejos para visitar la zona del Chianti. La zona de la piscina es de lo mejor después de una larga jornada haciendo turismo Si se deciden alojarse en esta propiedad comprobaran como la mayoría de sus huéspedes son de nacionalidad estadounidense e italiana. Por último decir que no olvidaremos nunca las cenas en la terraza bebiendo un Chianti observando el atardecer Toscano.”
