The property dates back to the 1400s, it is surrounded by greenery, rolling hills with an unspoilt landscape of Chianti Rufina and extends along the right bank of the Sieve river, just 30 km far from Florence. It is the ideal holiday for families with children, for friends but also for couples who want to give themselves a holiday in total relaxation, lulled by the sounds of nature.

The country estate has been recently restored in total respect of style and maintaining the elegance of typical Tuscan architecture, is located in the area of Pontassieve and it is composed of hamlets of houses separated by an exotic sand-colored swimming pool with crystal clear water and changeable as the weather conditions change with a Caribbean effect that contrasts with the splendid view of the rural scenery of the Val di Sieve hills overlooking an immense valley.

It is a true oasis of peace and quiet for those who want to breathe the scents of nature and relax in total tranquility. The lawn around allows you to choose secluded spaces and let your children play in the shade of pine trees. The pool is for the exclusive use of our staying guests, in fact we do not take external daily clients, this to guarantee our guests maximum privacy and tranquility.

The farm is located in a secluded and quiet area but ideal for quick excursions to the cities of art and to the most important locations; 5 Km away is the Scopeti railway station from which you can reach the center of Florence in half an hour's journey.

Trekking lovers will be able to follow the paths marked by the CAI that connect them with the Mugello area.

We are building a route, with signage and equipped refreshment areas, easily passable that winds through the woods where numerous species of wild animals find refuge, which, with a little patience and luck, can be observed during the hike. It is equipped as an open-air museum with panels and information sheets in the panoramic points and in significant places.

The farmhouse is surrounded by pasture meadows that offer the opportunity to take beautiful walks and to pick up the fragrant herbs and flowers, re-appropriating the value of nature.

Few kilometers away there is an equestrian center with the possibility of horse riding, nearby, a pizzeria restaurant with a panoramic view of the lake with carp fishing.

The apartments and rooms are just a few meters from the swimming pool and have been created from ancient structures annexed to the manor house, furnished with the utmost care, have lounges, a kitchen, large bedrooms and private bathrooms. Most have a fireplace and a dedicated outdoor area. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, with old Tuscan-style furniture that matches with the terracotta floors and the beamed ceilings and tiles, and all of this creates an always romantic and charming atmosphere. They have been created for a stay full of charm reflecting in the furnishing the rural Tuscan taste of past eras.

The apartments can accommodate from a minimum of 2 up to 16 people requesting the exclusivity of the entire 300 sqm farmhouse; otherwise 25 people with the exclusivity of the whole farmhouse and the swimming pool. The sizes range from 34 square meters of the two-room apartment on 2 floors to 120 square meters of the apartment that hosts groups of friends or large families. Each apartment and room has the name of plants that you can find on the farm.

Upon your arrival you will find the courtesy-kit, bed linen and towels. Each bathroom has a shower and you will have an internet connection in the whole building. Parking is free and you can leave the cars in the various shaded parts under pines, acacias, cypresses and walnut trees. Various barbecue corners are at your disposal where you can relax and cook your favorite dishes.
