Wir haben eine Woche die Unterkunft in toller Lage sehr genossen. Konnten jeden Tag auf der Terrasse frühstücken und haben alle umliegenden Orte mit dem Auto besucht. Auch kann man nach Florenz in 25 Minuten mit dem Zug vom nahegelegenen Bahnhof bequem erreichen..
Schade, dass keine Mahlzeiten angeboten wurden.

De plek is erg mooi. De foto’s op de website zijn realistisch en het zwembad is top. Als je WiFi belangrijk vind is deze zelfs bij het zwembad goed. De gastvrouw is vriendelijk en spreek goed Engels. Het zwembad is schoon en met voldoende ligplekken. We hadden in bijna elk raam horren en een ventilator. Top!

We loved this place so much that we’ve referred dear friends and loved ones. If you’re looking to hit the reset button and shed the toxic residue life in the big city can deposit on you, the quiet and comfortable rooms, the little outdoor seating areas for scenic and serene meals (especially morning coffee made with the American coffee maker that is included), the wonderful pool area, and the proximity to excellent local cuisine and epic and historic medieval villages is an unbeatable combination of qualities. Plus, Angela and Luigi the owners are fabulous.
Not that we needed it all the time, but the internet connectivity and speed are lacking.

Propriété magnifique et batiment tres joli et bien fleuri. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dont nous gardons un tres bon souvenir
Le seul point à remedier est le manque de certains ustensiles de cuisine( par exemple pas de plat ....) et dans la salle de bains une étagère et des crochets au mur seraient necessaires. Pour des étrangers ,il serait necessaire d'avoir une chaine TV de langue etrangère. Souvent dans nos locations précédentes nous avons eu au moins une chaine francophone. Ne prenez pas ces remarques pour des points negatifs mais simplement pour ameliorer le séjour.

Very nice big and clean pool and surrounding, it was quiet, the kitchen was well equipped. Our requests were answered accordingly. The kitchen and bathroom were clean.
Poor old very small playground, many ants, mosquitos, and spiders, as well as spider webs inside. It was really dark inside the apartment. It was expected to have a possibility to buy farmer food there. We were quite surprised that there was no such possibility.

L'établissement propose un cadre idéal, d'une propreté remarquable. L'emplacement permet de découvrir la Toscane la journée et de revenir à sa base le soir pour profiter de la piscine et de la verdure.
Il y a dans L'établissement des occupants longue durée, locaux très bruyants. Nous étions dans le logement Girasole.. impossible de dormir.. Le locataire du dessus ( à priori un saisonnier local) n'avait aucun respect des vacanciers présents : il recevait la nuit avec des discussions à voix haute fenêtres ouvertes, passage d'aspirateur à 23h, promenade du chien à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit avec sifflement pour le rappel, trainage de chaises constant sur le sol de son logement . J'ai prévenu les responsables du lieu ( présent uniquement la journée sur le site) mais rien n'a changé. Le lieu est top mais surtout ne pas prendre le logement Girasole, j'ai discuté avec d'autres locataires sur l'arrière du bâtiment il n'y avait aucun problème. Sur l'avant du bâtiment il faut également faire face aux différents aller-retour nocturne de véhicules . Aucune vente sur place de produits locaux.

De hoeve ligt in een heel rustige omgeving. Er zijn meerdere appartementen mooie appartementen, allemaal met een eigen terras. Er is een mooi zwembad met ligstoelen. Kortom een heerlijke plek om te vertoeven.

Rustige omgeving, in Chianti, maar toch snel op autostrada. Winkels op korte rijafstand. Mooi groot zwembad.
De twee appartementen, naast en boven ons, waren langdurig verhuurd aan locals. Voor die mensen gaat het ''gewone'' werkende leven door. Dus vanaf 6 uur overlast door pratende mensen, schuivende meubels, huilende en schreeuwende kinderen. Zeer jammer.

Siamo molto spiacenti che non siate rimasti soddisfatti del soggiorno nel nostro agriturismo , il nostro intento è quello di soddisfare i clienti nel miglior modo possibile. L'appartamento adiacente al vostro é occupato da un nostro collaboratore che vive nella struttura per offrire ai nostri ospiti un assistenza 24 ore su 24 . Il 29 Luglio é nato Nicolò, suo figlio , piange come qualunque neonato ma ha portato talmente tanta gioia a tutti noi che accettiamo anche le recensioni negative dettate da un' insofferenza ingiustificabile, soprattutto alla luce di tutti i servizi da noi offerti.

Grande piscine, chevaux, appartement bien équipé, bien situé à côté d une ville desservie par l'autoroute et la gare, très bon accueil des propriétaires qui nous ont reçus avec une bouteille de Chianti de leur production. Arrivée possible le dimanche: génial!
Prolifération de guêpes à notre arrivée autour du logement et même dans l'appartement. La piscine était même pleine de guêpes noyées. Heureusement, cela s'est arrangé pendant le séjour. Par contre, difficile de profiter de l'espace extérieur le midi (mais parfait pour le soir). Notre espace était un peu proche et mal isolé de celui de nos voisins. Dommage de ne pas avoir pu acheter de l'huile d'olive!

la localisation entre Florence, et le Chianti la beauté des lieux la très belle piscine (un peu froide en septembre mais bien tentante) l'accueil de l'équipe le calme (en septembre), en juillet/aout, cela doit être beaucoup plus animé
juste un petit détail : l'appartement est un peu sombre. il suffirait de changer les ampoules
je recommande tout à fait. chaque appartement a sa terrasse. c'est très agréable. le propriétaire nous a conseillé 3 restaurants, tous excellents (F illi Gusti à Reggello, Osteria de Medecis à Incisa, pizza andrea à Pian de sco)
