The Agriturismo, in the lovely countryside only about six kilometres north of Florence, welcomes guests in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

There are six apartments in two farmhouses and four bedrooms in the “villa”; the swimming-pool is open from may to september.

The two ancient farmhouses “ Cepparello” and “Scopa” have been recently restored so as to have several apartments; most of them can be connected for larger families or small groups.

Every apartment has been carefully restored and keeps the atmosphere of old farm-houses. Linens, pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery are provided. Two of the apartments have got air conditioning and bathrooms for disabled guests.

The swimming pool (6x12 metres) and the outdoor spaces (originally the peasants' yards and kitchen gardens) are ideal for relax, sunbathing and swimming.

B&B is a wing of the villa, the ancient mansion where the owners still live. There are three double bedrooms with their bathrooms on the first floor (“leccio”, “cedro” and “pila”), a suite (“ortensia”) and a dining-room (where breakfast is served) on the ground floor.

Guests of B&B have access to the villa's garden and to the swimming-pool, about 150 metres away, from May to September.

The restaurant, with his typical Tuscan cuisine, is open, in the evening, from Thursday to Sunday. On Saturday and Sunday is open also for lunch.

The historic estate has been a property of the family of the present owner for about four centuries. Its main product today is extra virgin olive oil; the top quality of this oil is mainly due to the ground and climate of the area; there are about 6000 olive trees of three different types.

During the year there are some courses as painting and cooking. Here are some examples:

- "Painting Courses" promoted and organized by renowned American art schools such as the Baylor school or the ART Escape school.

- "Cooking Courses" with a minimum of 8 people with our Chef.

Both Florence and Fiesole can be reached in just a few minutes by car or public transport. Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Cortona, the Chianti region and other famous Tuscan tourist sites as well as the Tyrrhenian coast are within easy reach.
