Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, charmants et disponibles. Nous avons logé dans le gite Saleta, parfait pour 4 ou 5 personnes, près de la piscine très bien aménagée! De plus, cet endroit est bien situé pour rejoindre Florence très rapidement, en utilisant le train, la gare étant accessible à pied en 15 mn, ou en voiture avec un parking gratuit. Un bien agréable séjour, nous recommandons .

9.7 Read the complete review Struttura molto bella immersa in un immenso uliveto sulla collina. Bello l'appartamento completo di tutto il necessario. Ottimo il ristorante. Bella la piscina in zona alta della collina. La zona è strategica perché è poco più di un'ora da Lucca, Pisa e Siena e a soli 10 minuti da Firenze. Alla sera a Fiesole ci sono diversi buoni ristoranti. Inoltre i proprietari sono delle persone squisite e Fabrizio è davvero professionale, gentile, simpatico e disponibile. Rispetto agli alloggi nella struttura in basso la piscina è distante 200 metri circa in salita con forte pendenza. Vero però che si può anche raggiungere in auto (come abbiamo fatto noi) e i più giovani possono farcela tranquillamente. Points assigned

“Lovely agriturismo close to Florence”
10 Read the complete review We chose this agriturismo because it was reachable by public transport and that worked out fine. Our stay was very pleasant, the flat was quite dark and cool which was perfect for the hot summer. Everything was very clean and the flat was well equipped, we did some light cooking in the small kitchen. The swimming pool is awesome and well maintained. The house and its surroundings were beautiful, there was even a small playground for our child. Even without a car, we managed to visit a few places (Fiesole, Firenze, Borgo San Lorenzo) which worked fine with bus and train. The owner family are all very nice and helpful. Also highly recommend the restaurant, which opens on weekends, food and atmosphere and staff were all wonderful nothing noteworthy Points assigned

Localisation excellente, endroit très beau et très calme dans une magnifique oliveraie. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et le café excellent. Très belle piscine et surtout une gare pour aller à Florence en train, située à 1,2 km ce qui évite de prendre la voiture pour aller au centre ville. Décoration un peu vieillotte de la chambre. Nok lidt (for?) dyrt, særlig restauranten, som er åben 2-3 dage er dyr (kvalitet okay uden dog at kunne retfærdiggøre prisen) med begrænset udvalg og en del var udsolgt, muligvis til frokostgæsterne. 7.6 Read the complete review tranquille, au calme, appartement vaste, deux belles salles d'eau, a proximité de la gare de Fiesole, où l'on peut garer sa voiture sans payer avant de prendre le train pour arriver rapidement en plein centre de Florence, très pratique et agréable de se retrouver le soir hors de l'agitation et de la foule L'appartement était sombre, petites fenêtres, cuisine moyennement équipée et dépourvue de toute base (hormis du sel). 9.6 Read the complete review Lieu très agréable, vue magnifique et proche de Florence. Propriétaires très sympathiques avec lesquels il est agréable d'échanger. Ils sont toujours prêts à donner de bons conseils sur les sites à visiter. Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant de qualité sont des atouts supplémentaires. La piscine est également une vraie plus-value, sachant que nous étions en période canicule, elle a été d'autant plus appréciée. Ayant séjourné en pleine période de canicule, la climatisation aurait été appréciée, car la température ne descendait que peu la nuit., ce qui fut peu reposant alors que le site est calme et que tout permet de s'y reposer. Mais il semble que c'est un projet envisagé par les propriétaires. Points assigned

7 Read the complete review Bellezza del paesaggio ed una quiete rilassante. La piscina molto bella e ben tenuta, anche se viene usata da persone che non alloggiano nella struttura. L'appartamento senza aria condizionata, il mobile che copre la cucina non indispensabile, è più carina la cucina a vista. I mobili dell'appartamento, specialmente quelli della camera da letto, sembrano presi da un rigattiere, nessuna omogeneità. La luce per tutto l'appartamento veniva da una piccola finestrella della camera da letto, e da una specie di porta finestra del salotto cucina, poco funzionale. Anzitutto ringraziamo per essere stati da noi e per aver recensito la nostra struttura. La piscina dell’agriturismo non è aperta al pubblico ma è riservata solo a chi prenota gli appartamenti o le camere, talvolta solo per la giornata. Quanto all’arredamento dispiace che lei pensi che sia stato ''fatto a caso'': là dove possibile (ovviamente tutti i letti sono nuovi, così come le cucine e bagni), è stato recuperato, grazie al restauro di artigiani locali, l'originario arredo della colonica, seguendo una precisa filosofia ecologica che è alla base del nostro concetto di “Agriturismo”: un appartamento in agriturismo è cosa diversa da un appartamento in un residence di città o una camera d'albergo dove l'arredamento è standardizzato. La dimensione delle finestre delle antiche case rurali toscane non è modificabile, in quanto si tratta di immobili vincolati. Per quanto riguarda l’aria condizionata, essa è presente in alcuni dei nostri appartamenti, ma non in quello che avete scelto come indicato sul portale. Su richiesta, sono a disposizione dei nostri ospiti i classici ventilatori, per quanto l’appartamento, grazie ai suoi muri in pietra molto spessi, è abbastanza fresco anche in estate 7

Accolti dalla signora Fiammetta e dal signor Bruno innamorati della loro casa della sua storia e della storia della loro terra ci hanno guidati nella scelta del vasto patrimonio artistico di Firenze e dintorni. Ottima e abbondante la colazione servita nel giardino della casa padronale. Ristorante aperto solo nel fine settimana offre piatti di ottima qualità. Appartamento Olmo arredato con mobili d'epoca accogliente Presente la lavatrice. Abbiamo raggiunto Firenze in treno NO STRESS in città alla ricerca di un parcheggio Il divano letto in cui ha dormito nostra figlia non era comodoforse rete e materasso andrebbero rinnovati Points assigned

Grazie per la Vostra recensione. Siamo contenti che vi siate trovati bene e che abbiate trovato la nostra location strategica per visitare Firenze. Vorrei precisare che il ristorante dell'agriturismo è aperto dal giovedì alla domenica a cena ed il sabato e la domenica anche a pranzo oltre ad alcune aperture straordinarie che si possono fare in determinate occasioni.
