  Nous avions l'appartement Timo, très spacieux avec une cuisine bien équipée (mais pas de four micro ondes), et très propre. Le personnel est très sympathique, professionnel et disponible et porte le masque constamment (les règles de sécurité Covid sont très bien respectées) Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner ou de commander le pain et des viennoiseries (déposés tous les matins sur notre terrasse). Bar avec petite restauration simple mais délicieuses (pâtes, pizzas)

  Les poubelles devraient être vidées pour souvent et nous n'avons pas utilisé le barbecue car pas très propre.

  Buongiorno, We would like to thank you for your review! We need to inform you that our property has 14 apartments and 5 rooms in total; 10 of those apartments are located in the new residence area (they are far from the wedding area, close to the pool, very quiet and have panoramic view on the valley).Basilico and Lavanda apartments are located in the wedding area and they are the smallest and the cheapest that we have. When there are events, we always advise the client about this and so we offer a special price for these apartments, like we did for you.Our beautiful garden is the best for have relax time and some rest from the daily routine. The pool is one of the best part of our property, with unique view on the Tuscan hills. As you wrote, we are really close to the main Tuscan village like San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo, Firenze, Pisa, Siena and 1h by car to reach the seaside. Hope to see you in future for your Italian holidays. Kind regards

  Pool schirme lassen sich nicht bewegen und sind zu klein. Bei 35 Grad ist Schatten nicht ganz unwichtig. ACHTUNG, der zweite Pool darf nicht benutzt werden, da dort Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeiten und (vllt auch Beerdigungen? Scherz!) stattfinden! Die Apt sind lieblos eingerichtet.   Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Hiermit möchten wir einige Aspekte Ihrer Kritik klarstellen. Alle Sonnenschirme bei dem Pool haben Standardmaβe und, um Privatsphäre zu sichern, sind sie in den Boden gesteckt, deswegen kann man nicht sie bewegen; die Anzahl der Sonnenschirme erlaubt jedem Appartement, einen Schirm zur Verfügung zu haben (und noch sechs Schirme bleiben). Übrigens bietet unser Landgut die Möglichkeit, vielen schattigen und ‒ mit seiner 450 m Höhe ‒ luftigen Orte zu finden. Der Pool, den Sie als „zweiter Pool“ bezeichnet, kann nicht benutzen werden nicht wegen Veranstaltungen, sondern weil er eigentlich kein Pool, sondern ein Springbrunnen ist. Unsere Gäste können natürlich den Aussichtspool und –Jacuzi benutzen. Der Appartement, in dem Sie sich aufgehalten haben, hat ‒ wie alle andere Appartements ‒ seine eigene, mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattete Loggia, sodass unsere Gäste sich beim Essen gut erholen können; ein weiter Tisch mit Stühlen befindet sich vor dem Eingang. Der wunderschöne Blick auf die Hügel der Toskana , den man von allen Appartementen hat, bleibt eine unserer Stärken. Die Decken, die in jedem Schrank sind, werden regelmäßig gewaschen. Der Tücher Set, den jeder Gast bei der Ankunft bekommt, besteht aus drei Stücke und er ist im Preis eingeschlossen; weil es um Appartaments und nicht um Zimmer geht, wird die Wäsche ein Mal pro Woche gewechselt, wobei mit einem kleinen Beitrag in Höhe von 2 Euro pro Stück (der selbe Preis, den wir als Leihgebühr zahlen) kann man mehrere Tücher haben.
