Location: the farmhouse is found in one of the most beautiful and undiscovered parts of the Chianti region around the Gambassi Thermal Baths.

Composition: the farmhouse is made up of two complexes, which are the old farmer’s house and just 700 mt far away from the new property, both overlooking the beautiful Tuscan landscape.

The old farmer’s house was 1990 completely and tastefully renovated and converted into three apartments (Granaio, Casa Vecchia e Stalla), taking great care in restoring all the building’s original features and furnishings.

The house has a wide front garden equipped with deckchairs, tables, chairs and barbecue.

The house is located near the reception, 700 m from the swimming pool. At the back there is the laundry facilities with coin operated washer, basin and washing line. The family lives the nearby house.

The newly bought property has a house and two rural outbuildings, which in 2000 was converted into six apartments (Leccio, Loggiato, Terrazza, Olivo, Capannina, Pini).

The new complex Is located near the swimming pool, 700 m from the reception. has a wide garden, children play area, barbecue and laundry facilities.

Here there is also the swimming pool (8 x 16) and paved sun patio bordered with olive trees. It is equipped with deckchairs, tables and chairs for relaxing and enjoying a stunning view. Guests at the old farmer’s house can make full use of the pool and changing facilities.

Accomodation: the apartments are either on the ground or first floor and are modernly furnished without losing the traditional Tuscan characteristics, with original tiled paving, and ceilings with the typical terracotta tiles and wooden beaming. Each apartment has its own entrance, kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven and dish-washer in the new apartments, windows with mosquito netting and satelite TV.

Farm: we offer guests the opportunity to buy wine, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the Tuscan special "Vin Santo", as well as fruit and vegetables all home produced on the land.

Services: we provide a friendly family welcome. We offer guests the communal use of the washing machine, car parking, barbecue, garden seating, loungers, tables, the swimming pool (8 x 16 metres) in green mosaic tiles, all surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Our four legged friends are also welcome here.

Activities: our farmhouse is associated with "Toscana In" and our guests will receive a membership card which entitling you to discounts in participating restaurants and shops. Within Toscana In special evenings with live music and wine tasting are organised during summer months.

In Oktober the association also organised the art event 'Atelier d’Artista' - Artist's workshop during which artists from all over the world are invited to stay in our house in order to create their own art.

It is also possible to go for walks, bike rides, whether on our estate or on the surrounding footpaths in the area or simply relax in the garden or go for a dip in the pool.
