The Farmhouse is situated on the top of a hill facing West in the Maremma Regional Park Area, the farmhouse offers its guest a splendid view over the whole valley, from the Uccellina Mounts to the sea with the Elba Island, Punta Ala and Catiglione della Pescaia, and accommodation in rooms.

The farmhouse is all on one floor and has a well-equipped kitchen complete with all appliances with a beautiful veranda with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills, the heart of the house!
The farmhouse is made up of 4 double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and private bathroom. All rooms have double entrances
and a porch that protects from the sun and allows you to enjoy the outdoor spaces at all hours of the day. Outside each room, there are tables, chairs and deckchairs.
From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sunsets with the sun disappearing between the Island of Elba and Punta Ala.

In the garden there are outdoor furniture and a nice table for eating outdoors. The panorama is truly unique and satisfying, with the view that stands out from the Uccellina Mountains to the sea and the sun setting between the Island of Elba and Punta Ala. All around the magnificent Maremma countryside.

From the Farmhouse it is easy to reach many places of naturalistic and cultural interest.

Starting from the town of Alberese and crossing the Maremma Regional Park, with a beautiful road immersed in the wild prairies at the mouth of the Ombrone river, you reach the sea. Along the road it is easy to encounter wild animals such as wild boars, foxes, fallow deer, roe deer, horses and white long-horned Maremma cows.

Going south, just under 30 kilometers away you reach the Argentario promontory with its beautiful Feniglia and Giannella beaches, the villages of Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano.

Going north, still less than 30 km away are Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala and the beautiful beach of Roccamare.

For those who want to treat themselves to a day dedicated to well-being, the Terme di Saturnia are nearby.

Giglio Island can also be reached for a day trip from Porto Santo Stefano.

Nearby there were many villages rich in history where you could immerse yourself in the tradition of the Tuscan Maremma and taste typical products: Talamone, Magliano, Scansano, Santa Fiora, Pitiglano, Sorano, Sovana, Capalbio.
In the area there is no shortage of places of cultural interest such as the Tarot Garden, the Archaeological Park of Roselle, the ancient Roman city of Cosa.

Even from a sporting point of view, the Agriturismo is strategically located close to many activities that can be practiced in the vicinity of the structure: golf on Monte Argentario, cycling routes within the Park, canoe excursions on the Ombrone river, with the possibility of reaching the sea, horseback riding in the Park and up to the beaches, scuba diving at the ants of Grosseto, an almost unknown naturalistic oasis, kaysurfing in the beautiful bay of Talamone.

This is an integrate cultivation regime farm, that means that for the existing crops it has chosen to respect the Production specifications which states what is allowed and forbidden during the various production, preservation, transformation and distribution stages for each product.

The farm’s crops are: D.O.C. Morellino di Scansano vineyard, the olive grove, the orchard, the kitchen garden, wheat, barley, forage, pasture, wood.

In September, on occasion of vintage, which is carried out exclusively by hand, the agritourism organizes theme stays with guided visits to the nearby Morellino di Scansano’s producers wine cellars.

The Tuscan extra virgin oil produced on this farm is the fruit of about 400 olive trees of “leccino” and “frantoiano” varieties. Manual olive picking and cold processing produce oil with a lively colour and the typical fruity taste.

In October and November, during olive picking period, theme stays are organized with visits to the most picturesque Oil Mills of the area (open only during this period of the year) to rediscover this traditional process.
