The farmhouse with swimming pool is located on the top of a hill, in the heart of Tuscany, just 20 minutes from the beaches of the Etruscan Coast.
It consists of three buildings, the Vecchio Casale, the Casa degli Ulivi, the Fattoria and the Poggiata.
All structures have comfortable apartments of various types, from studio apartments to large three-room apartments. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette, offering guests greater autonomy.

Guests have at their disposal a large garden, with space for children to play on the playground or in front of the apartment in total safety.

For adults, there are shaded places where you can relax reading or listening to music and barbecue areas for barbecues and aperitifs.

In front of the main structure you will find the swimming pool, approximately 15x10 m. with a shallow depth area suitable for children who do not yet know how to swim.

The farmhouse also offers a restaurant service offering typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition. The restaurant has an internal room and an external terrace, overlooking the surrounding countryside. The beautiful panorama that extends from the hills to the island of Elba will brighten your dinners.
