The agriturismo is a welcoming structure, typical of rural areas of the last century. The rural house is located in a small hill along the Tiber valley in central Italy near Perugia and Umbertide. Nestled in a vast agricultural valley planted with vines, olive trees, wheat and rich pastures.

This farm is an ideal place for holidays, relaxation and visits to the art cities of Umbria: Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello, Todi. In a couple of hours by car you can reach Rome, Florence and the Adriatic Sea.

Immersed in a wild countryside but, near the main roads, the property is a rustic farmhouse but equipped with all modern comforts.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner. Regardless of how you spend your days - taking trips out of town, shopping, visiting the most famous museums in the area or simply driving inland, when you get home in the evening you will have the chance to rest with family and friends on board the swimming pool, finishing off another fantastic day of vacation in Umbria.

The farmhouse consists of 5 apartments (Ortensia, Passiflora, Cotoneaster, Ginestra and Iris), each apartment has its own private space with one or two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first set of bed linen and bathroom with hairdryer is provided. Final cleaning is included in the price.

The house can accommodate up to 18 guests and is therefore suitable for groups of friends or families with children. Generally the structure is open from May to October.

The property offers a nice wooden pool, parking, free Wi-fi, a barbecue area with an annex consisting of a dining room and kitchen for common use.
