Obtained from the restructure of the old barn, and the BREAKFAST ROOM RESTAURANT is the place where you can taste the typical cuisine of the Umbria region and in particular in the Perugia area.

It is proposed, to ensure the freshness of food, a daily menu based on culinary tradition of the place, with particular attention to the use of local products.

The recipes interpret and enhance the simplicity and genuineness of the flavors of the region, using mainly local produce and home-grown.

We welcome our guests in double / twin rooms with possibility of adding third and fourth bed, all with private bathroom - shower, hair dryer, TV, heating and air conditioning for those located in the south.

The rooms, furnished in "poor art" style, are placed at the ground and first floors with a separate entrance that allows the return at any hour of the night.

Our brewery has a very small production artisan all with a careful search for raw materials.

Our beers are always available for farm guests who can taste them in conjunction with local products.

The produced craft beer is raw, whole and without preservatives, unfiltered and fermented in the bottle with a high content of enthusiasm and passion.
