The house is located in Lugo and features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a children's play area. The property has two bedrooms and a rustic-style apartment, accommodations equipped with every comfort.

This country house is located in a very interesting position, surrounded by greenery and with absolute privacy, fantastic for those who love animals and nature but at the same time want to easily reach the big cities such as Bologna, Ravenna and Ferrara or the Romagna Riviera and its famous amusement parks.

In the immediate vicinity there is a water park and a a kart track, the city of Imola with the racetrack (site of various events during the year), various cycling itineraries that reach sites of naturalistic and historical interest (the famous valleys of Comacchio, the church bell tower and the bridleway to the sea).
