Visiting the Val di Chiana means getting in tune with the history, the legend and the mystery (the Etruscan civilization that innervates the whole territory), relax in the thermal and "miraculous" waters of Chianciano Terme, Montepulciano and San Casciano dei Bagni or , enjoy the great wines of Montepulciano, the gastronomic offerings of Sinalunga with a high-level delicatessen, Trequanda extra-virgin olive oil, immerse yourself in the beauty of the landscape and architecture.
The holiday home is located in the hills at a height of 300 meters in a secluded and quiet position even if only 3 km from the center of the village of Sinalunga where you will find everything you need to live like in the city: two shopping centers, restaurants and shops all types.
You will be accommodated in apartments of various sizes that can accommodate from 2 people (the Aia studio apartment) to 7 people (the Valle apartment). If you are a group, you can rent the entire structure that can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people.
Among the services offered, included in the price: Wi-fi, TV in the living room and in the bedroom, towels and bed linen with weekly change, kitchen crockery, use of the washing machine, use of the barbecue, car and motorcycle parking, use of private swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September).
It is a good starting point, given the excellent location, to visit beautiful cities: within 40 km you can reach Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, Lake Trasimeno; at 90 Km Florence; at 160 km Rome.
