The bed and breakfast is a typical Tuscan house of 19th century, this stone house is ideally located in a quite and hilly position only 3,5 kms away from the historic town of San Gimignano.

It's completely restructured in 2006, the property now offers all modern comforts, including a comfortable sitting room with fire place, whilst still maintaining its historic features, as original wood beams and cotto floor.

The property is surrounded by a large garden of cypresses where during the sunny season breakfast and delights snacks are served.

At disposal to the guests there is the parking and a delightful swimming pool that will allow them to enjoy the landscape in total relaxation, enlivened by the view of the towers of San Gimignano.
