The farmhouse of 90 Hectars consists of three attractive stone farmhouses typical of the region, which have been carefully restored into eight comfortable apartments. The houses are in a quiet position with lovely views and are reached by an unmade road approx. 1,5 Km long.

There are small apartments with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (Type A), bigger apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 batrooms (Type B) and an independent villa/chalet. Each accommodation has independent entrance, external private loggia with seats, tools for the kitchen and television.

At full guests disposal there is a large garden equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue, small football court, a fishing lake and a 6 x 12 m swimming pool. Communal washing-machine is available.

The farm produces extra virgin olive oil, with the ancient cold millstones system, Sangiovese wine, honey, truffels and biological vegetables.
