Orciaia al Sole: on the ground floor of the farmhouse, 24 m2, it was one of the places where extra virgin olive oil was stored, in terracotta jars. Now it is a lovely and quiet room for 2 people with a double bed, bathroom and shower and equipped kitchenette, with a private garden, equipped with chairs, table and deckchairs.

“Our overall stay at Poggiopiano was wonderful. The setting amongst the vineyard and olive groves was charming, beautiful and peaceful! Returning to the farm after the hectic pace of Florence each day was lovely, especially when enjoying the pool overlooking the valley. The room was reasonably comfortable and a generous size. Elisabetta was friendly, informative and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and offered a nice variety of items. The farm is conveniently located a 25-30 minute bus ride away from the centre of Florence. A walk from the farm to the bus stop is 10-15 minutes depending on how fit you may be!”
