A place to relax and savor the flavors of the Marche region.

The Holiday House is located in the historic center of the municipality of Morro d'Alba, a small hillside village nestled between the typical slopes of the Marche landscape and the evocative colors of the Lacrima vineyards. Obtained from the renovation of a building located at the foot of the ancient city walls, this Holiday House is ideal for a completely relaxing stay, as a starting point for visits to the surroundings rich in history or to undertake food and wine itineraries to discover the traditions of the area and the many wineries.

The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV, fridge, oven, dishwasher, hairdryer, Wi-Fi.

Rates include water and electricity consumption, weekly change of linen, access to the relaxation area (sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage), final cleaning. Change of linen for a fee, on request.

Relax area
After spending a wonderful day of vacation in the open air, on the hills of the Marche region, you can take advantage of our relaxation areas to disconnect and completely relax. In our Wellness and Spa area you will find various spaces dedicated to relaxation that offer you a lot of peace and tranquility.
Choose the sauna or Turkish bath with the most suitable temperature and humidity level for you. Each session in the sauna will help to relax your muscles and to expel, thanks to the intense sweating, all the toxins accumulated by your body. The sauna also revives blood circulation and your defenses are strengthened in a natural way. You can then take advantage of the beneficial properties of the hydromassage which offers positive aesthetic, healthy and emotional effects.

Winery
On the gentle hills of Morro d'Alba, about 10 km from the sea, in the province of Ancona, vineyards and olive groves are cultivated, in a particularly suitable area of the Marche hinterland. The surface of our company, of about 60 hectares, is 25 hectares of vineyards specialized in the production of wines with Denomination of Controlled Origin, Lacrima di Morro d'Alba D.O.C. and Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi D.O.C. Classic, typical of the area.

On our lands are also planted 2,500 olive trees of the most common local varieties (frantoio, radiuslo, leccino, radia) from which, through the transformation in the company mill, which always and rigorously takes place on the same day of the harvest, we obtain an Extra Virgin Olive Oil with very low acidity, with characteristics of fruitiness and aroma.

A particular excellence of the company is represented by the distillation plant, the first in our region, from which we obtain, by distilling the very fresh pomace of our cellar, Grappa di Lacrima and Grappa di Verdicchio in various forms and types.

Surroundings
During the stay it will be possible to retrace the many testimonies of the past of Morro d'Alba such as the Palazzo Comunale, the churches of San Gaudenzio and the S.S. Annunziata, the Mezzadrile Utensilia Culture Museum and last but not least the walls with a completely covered walkway unique of its kind called La Scarpa.

Morro d'Alba is also a strategic point for discovering our region; it is possible to reach Senigallia and its velvet beach, Jesi and its castles, Ostra, Corinaldo, Mondavio, Arcevia, the famous Frasassi Caves, the ducal city of Urbino, the sanctuary of Loreto, Ascoli, Recanati, Cingoli the balcony of Marche, Fabriano with its Paper Museum, the Riviera del Monte Conero, the hermitage of Fonte Avellana and the Monti Sibillini National Park.
