The Farmhouse is a late 19th century country villa by the sea. Last restoration finished in 2011 and the villa was converted in lovely apartments. All materials used for construction are natural such as wood and marble and the apartments stylishly mix comfort and personality. Terracotta tiles outdoor and antique stones that belonged to the old villa. 

Wooden window frames and shutters and the natural red painting for the outside walls that grants freshness in Summer and warm in Winter. 

It is really a country retreat by the sea, the ideal place to breath oxygen and the fragrances of the forest. 

Our guests may choose the beach or a nice walk up to the top of the hills to discover hidden villages and unknown paths. The beautiful location of the villa is perfect to reach many interesting towns as Sarzana, Lucca, Pisa and even Florence with a day trip. 

Le CINQUE TERRE and Portofino are 30 minuted drive or by train even less. 

It's easy to hire a boat heading Cinque Terre or Palmaria Island. A boat service is also available. Great choice of restaurants by the port of the village of Bocca di Magra, 5 to 10 minutes walk from Bocca di Magra 4512. Bikes available.
