It’s a 19th century farmhouse which has been recently renovated, without however having altered its antique charm. There are 12 rooms bathroom (one with disabled facilities), with TV, mini-bar, hair-dryer, internet connection and everything for the pool, such as bathrobes and towels. There is a lounge for reading or watching TV. There is a Dining Hall and Bar. Three large terraces surround three sides of the house from which one can enjoy our candle-lit dinners whilst admiring a scenic panorama of hills set against a back-setting of the Alps. The altitude of 250m allows for a pleasant temperature with a breeze even in the warmest months. Immersed between the Barbera vines is a large salt water pool with a Gazebo-bar. In the surroundings of the Agriturismo can be found a selection of recreational activities such as riding schools with horseback outings, in a splendid surrounding made up of vines and hazelnut trees, as well as various walks through the unspoilt rural landscape. Various Golf Clubs (Margara, Feudo d’Asti, Villa Carolina, Colline del Gavi, are open from February to December). The convenient location of the Agriturismo (a few km from the Asti-Alba dual carriageway), allows all the major wine and food centres of the Langhe to be reached within half an hour. There are guided tours for the “100 castles”, numerous taverns in the surrounding towns, and even the beautiful thermal baths of Acqui Terme and Agliano Terme. The major cities of Turin, Milan and Genoa, with all their attractions, are less than one hour away by car. We have available open spaces, both inside and outside, which are suitable, for example, for a variety of courses such as yoga or dance. It is possible to participate in Culinary courses, or if not, simply do nothing else than relax and enjoy this beautiful and unspoilt corner of nature. Traditional Piemontese cuisine’s speciality is char-grilled meat over a wood fire. In addition to the Dining Room, guests have the possibility to dine in the open, in order to experience fantastic barbecues of meat, vegetables in addition to spit-game. The spaciousness of the terraces is such to allow for possible banquets or refreshments for a large number of guests. N.B. the property is recommended for guest over the age of 12 years old
