Position: the holiday home with apartments is located on the top of the hill of the village of Pancole, which is located just 6 kilometers from San Gimignano.

The holiday home, offers you today a timeless atmosphere that belies real life.

The surrounding countryside is 'the' one you see if you imagine a well preserved, typical, Tuscan landscape: olive groves, vineyard, meadows, cornfields: an ideal rural setting.

Visiting: at the holiday house you will stay in self-contained apartments that are carefully furnished.

You can relax in the shady garden, chat over a glass of wine, read a book or gaze over the amazing landscape.

Set in the deep heart of the region, the holiday house is an ideal starting point for exploring the hundreds of places of interest of art and culture in the genuine Tuscany such as Siena, Firenze, San Gimignano, Volterra just to name a few.

All the apartments have a swimming pool, independent heating, satellite TV, oven, dishwasher (except the Tabacco apartment), car parking and a large shared garden. They are all on the ground floor except the Zenzero apartment which is on the first floor.
The Zenzero e Cacao apartments have rooms with practicable balconies and terraces
The Liquirizia, Caffé and Tabacco apartments have a private patio.
The Cacao and Tabacco apartments have a washing machine for exclusive use, while the washing machine is shared in the Liquirizia, Caffé and Zenzero apartments.

In case of cancellations made between 24 hours after the booking and 30 days before the arrival, a penalty of 30% on the total amount will be applied.

Cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 11 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.

Cancellations from 10 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.

“L'appartement Zenzero était très commode, bien équipé et avec une jolie terrasse. La clim fut appréciée. La résidence est petite et l'espace piscine est bien aménagé. Lieu au calme, à quelques minutes de voiture du village très touristique de San Giminiano et des commerces. C'est un point commode pour faire le tour de la Toscane. Bon accueil.”

“Well situated in the San Gimignano area. Good spot in the quiet village(?) of Pancole. We stayed in the caffe apartment and it was cosy. We were early in the season (early May) so we had the place for ourselves. Though the pool was still closed. The host were not on site (they live in Firenze) but they came to answer our requests. ”
