The farm is made up of 5 independent houses, all newly built, which reflect the typical shapes of Tuscan rural structures, spreading over 5000 square meters, in a dominant position over Lake Bolsena, Montefiascone and the surrounding countryside.

The farmhouses, of different sizes, are made up of one or more apartments; altogether the company has 10 apartments and 40 beds.
