An absolutely exclusive slice of Tuscany, with a characteristic medieval village, for the most part already renovated, after years of abandonment, since, at the beginning of the sixties, the last families, following a path common to these people, left it to move to the large urban centers, with their own load of dreams and hopes.

The arrival, although forcing the guest to face a couple of kilometers of dirt road right on the threshold of the destination, is simple, whether you arrive from the Apennine side and from Florence, or whether you come up from the Tyrrhenian coast.
The Cecina river, which flows at the foot of the large terrace that hosts the village, has assigned the territorial jurisdiction of this little paradise to the province of Pisa, even if Siena is the closest historic city about 50 km away and Florence itself is just about seventy kilometres, half of which are smooth highways.

At 500 meters above sea level, isolated from the residential areas, but with all the most important services 15-20 minutes away by car, the house offers its guests a particularly evocative approach. Dominant position, a frame softened by the greenery of nature and punctuated by gentle reliefs.

The sea with the beaches of Punta Ala and Castiglioncello, Cecina or Bibbona is less than an hour's drive away, even if the ideal holiday here is about relaxing on site, returning to a now forgotten rhythm of life.
