Location: The farmhouse is located in Montalto delle Marche in the province of Ascoli Piceno. In the heart of central Italy - between the Adriatic coast and the Apennines, it offers numerous tourist destinations for both summer and winter holidays. The Adriatic can be reached in just 20 minutes and it takes just as many to reach the Sibillini Mountains with its parks, trekking paths and ski slopes.

We are in the center of the provinces of Ascoli Piceno and Fermo, in the beautiful town of Montalto delle Marche, immersed in the marvelous Marche countryside and among the company's organic vineyards. Pio the owner is an oenologist who will guide you, if you wish, to discover the marvelous wines from these areas.

Or farmhouse located in te province of Montalto delle Marche, about 400 meters above sea level, is immerged in the green Picene hills, surrounded by vineyards and only 2 km from the historic centre. From historical studies it seems that already at the time of Pope Sisto V ('500) the whole area of ​​the farmhouse was used as a vineyard.

Description: The farmhouse  is composed from two buildings both restored according to conservative standards, recovering local constructive techniques almost lost by now, offering 6 elegantly furnished and equipped apartments, each of which offers a private outdoor space for dining.

Accommodations: All the apartments are endowed with bath and equipped kitchen and they enjoy of a splendid view on the marvelous Piceno hilly panorama.

The names of all our accommodations come from some table grapes qualities. Every apartment has independent entry.

In the property there are common areas with an equipped barbecue, a swimming pool with air and water hydromassage and an organic vegetable garden available to our guests.

Surroundings : The farm holidays is to 20 minutes by the sea and by the more beautiful cities of province such as Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Offida, Ripatransone. The Sibillini Mountains Park can be reached with 30 minutes.

We signal then important archaeological areas as M. Rinaldo and Falerone, while in Montalto is possible to visit the Cathedral, the diocesan museum, the civic gallery, and the mill of Sisto V.
