This bed and breakfast is a new structure in a panoramic position with the view on the town and the Gulf of Palermo, from which it is only 5 Kms far. It is located in the immediate outskirts of Monreale, important city of Arab-Normanne origins: its extraordinary Cathedral is 900 metres far from us.
The house is made up of 24 beds, distributed in rooms and/or apartments (with small kitchen), of new realization with new furnishing. It is equipped with all comforts, with a parking area and the possibility to use the private swimming pool and the solarium. The owner is resident in the same real estate complex.
The tourist tax is not included in the price.
Tourist tax is equal to € 2 per person per day for the first three consecutive nights. It should not be paid in these cases:
- Children less of fourteenth years old
- People who care for patients in hospital at the rate of one person per patient
- People who care for hospitalised children under the age of eighteen for a maximum of two people per patient.
