In the restaurant of the hotel, inside the green Chianti country side, we can offer typical traditional Tuscan recipes found in the notebook of our grandmothers, with a special care to the season and freshness for the products which we use.

We have also put particular care in the wine selection either local, National and foreign ones, in order to be in a perfect combination with the dishes.

Our guest can spend a quiet and relaxing day in the outdoor swimming pool, having a light and fresh lunch in the veranda. In the evening our guest can have dinner at candle light choosing from our selected menu made of typical Tuscan recipes that our restaurant offers. Of course every dishes will be served with a good local wine that our staff will be more than happy to suggest which one can be combined with the food you have chosen.

For example, how can you resist to a delicious Fiorentina T-bone steak served with a Supertuscan product far only 10 km from us at the Castello di Brolio, one of the most famous cellar of Chianti, founded by Barone Ricasoli?! On booking we can also prepare any dish you desire, we are able to find and cook any kind of game.

If you would like to learn all the secrets of the Tuscany cooking , we can arrange a coking lesson with our cook staff. During the lesson, you will prepare following our instructions a whole meal starting from the appetizers as bruschetta or bread with the chicken liver, hand made pasta as ravioli or pici, then meat as arista cooked in the oven or Brasato al Chianti, lastly we have the delicious Tiramisù.

During the coking lesson, our staff will explain in details the various dishes which you’ll taste later, and of course it will be offered to you Chianti wine. After the lesson, it will be given you the recipes with all the detailed ingredients and preparation. Moreover, we can arrange personal cooking lesson, focused even of first course or meat.
