Location: this lovely, comfortable and spacious holiday house [200m2] is situated halfway between Florence and Pisa, in a wonderful hilltop position, reached by a private road and surrounded by the hills and valleys of the Florentine countryside.

The property can only be reached via a private road of about 500 meters which connects it directly to the village center.

Services: this is the ideal place to relax amidst peaceful countryside with a pleasant, large (more than 4,000 m2), fenced garden, well maintained, with barbecue, table tennis, a private car park within the grounds and a swimming pool (10x5 meters) set among olive groves.

Description: our country house ner Florence consist of  three apartments of various sizes located on two levels that can accommodate from 2 to 8 people. Each apartment has been furnished in typical Tuscan style and decorated with great care by our family.

They all are equipped with central heating for the winter season, and a rustic kitchen with oven and fridge.

The property may also be rented as a whole villa with private swimming pool.

Surroundings: the farmhouse is well positioned for visiting many  major art cities of central Tuscany such as: Florence distant  only 30 min., Pisa 40 min. and Siena 50 min. away.

Other numerous medieval towns and hamlets such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo, Vinci, Barberino val d'Elsa can be reached easily as well.

Also its position is ideal for those who enjoy walking, staying immerged in the nature.

We offer you an ideal place for relaxation in an unspoiled countryside. A location for a peaceful holiday with soft awakenings and spectacular sunsets. We offer you a friendly and true welcoming place.

“We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in appartement. Het uitzicht vanaf ons terras was geweldig, het appartement was ruim en prima (precies wat we ervan hadden verwacht). Lekker (gedeeld) zwembad met eigen bedjes voor ieder gezelschap. Wij hebben een heerlijk, rustige vakantie gehad hier. Het dorpje is erg klein, dus je moet eigenlijk overal met de auto heen. 2 pizzeria's zitten op loopafstand, wel een steil stuk om te lopen :-)”
