Take a break and regenerate, enjoy the nature that surrounds this place in the area of ​​Lake Trasimeno, an area, in ancient times inhabited by the Etruscan people.

This house is located in a private dead-end road, adjacent to the main road; therefore there is no vehicle traffic except those of the neighbor.
You can park next to the entrance door.
On the ground floor on the left there is the kitchen with a small table with two stools, the bathroom with sink and toilet, the washing machine. On the right there is the living room with a table suitable for six people and the living room with a sofa and a double sofa bed. There is also a table that can be used as a desk.
In front of the entrance there is a wooden staircase that leads to the upper floor where, on the right there is the double bedroom while on the left there is the bathroom complete with shower, the bedroom with two single beds and a large walk-in closet. The terrace is equipped with two chairs and a small table.
