This agriturismo, near Siena and Arezzo, allows you to reach fascinating Tuscan villages such as San Gimignano and Cortona in around an hour, but also cities in Tuscany, such as Florence, and Umbria, such as Perugia and Assisi.

During your vacation in this farmhouse with swimming pool, 500 meters above sea level, you can admire the enchanting panorama of the Chianti and Valdambra hills.

Being the agriturismo near the Chianti you can visit the Tuscan countryside where this DOCG wine is produced but also the Brunello di Montalcino area.

The agriturismo has been created from the renovation of a typical Tuscan farm, located outside a small medieval castle, on the top of a hill.

At guests' disposal 8 apartments offering hospitality for a total of 38 beds. Each apartment has a large living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining table, satellite TV, a safe and a double sofa bed. Each apartment has its own outdoor area with a table for eating outside.

The restructuring of the agriturismo has preserved the characteristics of Tuscan dwellings with terracotta floors, ceilings with exposed chestnut beams and sober but welcoming and functional furnishings.

At guests' disposal is the large swimming pool with panoramic view (7 x 14 meters) on olive groves, vineyards and woods of the valley below.

Free services: covered parking, Wifi connection, barbecues (including wood),  safe in each apartment, satellite TV, games for adults and children (table tennis, table football), sparkling/still water cooler/dispenser .

The washing machine is available for a fee.

Next to the apartments, there is the villa, where, since 1520, the owners who receive and entertain guests as friends live and are always available to give information on the history of the family and nearby cities, restaurants, wineries, outlets of the fashion and tourist attractions, trying to create a familiar and pleasant environment even for children.

More than 10 restaurants of various types can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

Surroundings: the woods surrounding the agriturismo are very suitable for an ecotourist holiday in Tuscany, taking interesting walks and mountain bike rides.

This farm is also ideal for a wellness holiday due to its proximity to the thermal baths of Rapolano (15 km away), with large swimming pools and beauty treatments.

Nearby the farm there is also a riding center 4 km away, shops, tennis courts, Italian fashion outlet (Prada, Armani, Gucci, Ferragamo etc), Chianti and Brunello wineries within 40 km, and you can make trips with aerostat.
