The farmhouse has grown thorough the time thanks to many little sacrifices made by Pietro which has come in Tuscany in tender age, thanks to his work and the aid of his family he managed to this day, to create an unique and peerless setting.

Situated at the foot of the “”Balze”” and surrounded by the typical Tuscan Hills, the farmhouse protract as more as 200 hectares channeled principally into cereal cultivation, the remaining mould is left to wood and olive trees grown.

The pool, bordered by Cypresses and olives trees, overlook on a breathtaking landscape, a light breeze blows continually from the sea and make the temperature pleasant even on the hottest summer days.
Not negligible shrewdness is the use of installations of saline purifications for the cleaning of the water in the swimming pool. So it means no chlorine, a substance that is often not tolerated.

Thanks to the care of Pietro, Angela and their three sons, the guests will be able to rediscover the farmer way of living, nowadays almost lost: the planting, the harvesting, the cheerful dinner to celebrate the harvest, set up with genuine food cooked by Angela.

The restaurant of the farmhouse offers guests the opportunity to taste the typical Tuscan products, cooked by Angela.
Thanks to Angela's commitment, guests will be able to savor the taste of freshly picked tomatoes, genuinely grown vegetables, as well as the cold cuts and game meat produced inside. Angela's kitchen is made up of many recipes that she also invented, with her imagination she manages to make typical dishes such as pappardelle with wild boar, a symbol for Volterra, truly unique.

Furthermore, thanks to Pietro's experience in processing his own sheep's milk, it will be possible to taste the cheese and ricotta he produces with such care.

Guests can also enjoy a hearty breakfast with lots of fresh seasonal products, inside the large restaurant room.

From the Agriturismo can be easily reached the historic city of Volterra, it takes no more than 10 minutes, and thanks to its central position, well enable to reach the most important city of Tuscany, such as Pisa, Siena, Firenze, San Giminiano and Lucca.
