  la literie un peu dure, mais on s'y fait après la première nuit. Ne pas avoir de climatision, il faut un temps d'adaptation. Heureusement un grand ventilateur est mis à disposition :-)

  Le lieu est très beau, avec une magnifique vue de la piscine sur la campagne Italienne. Les chambres sont spacieuses, sobres et rustiques. Très belles salles de bain. Repas est petits déj bons. Personnel accueillant.

  Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres avec les chambres adjacentes et avec le couloir, prévoir les boules Quies.

  De accommodatie stemt volledig overeen met de beschrijving, idem voor de foto's. Kamer was proper. Tijdens ons verblijf van 7 nachten werden (zonder dit te vragen) 2 maal de handdoeken in onze kamer verschoond, het beddengoed echter geen enkele keer.

  Geen mogelijkheid om kleine flesjes water te koelen in een gemeenschappelijke koelkast. Wij hebben geen gezellige sfeer ervaren, maar een onpersoonlijke sfeer van een all in, omdat er dagelijks andere personen het ontbijtbuffet verzorgden en hebben we een verschil gemerkt in het ontbijtbuffet in het weekend in vergelijking met het ontbijt op weekdagen. Ondanks het goede weer werd er geen enkele keer buiten gedekt voor het ontbijt. De tafels in het restaurant voelden plakkerig aan.

  Beste Heidi, Bedankt voor de recensie, we zijn blij dat u genoten heeft van de kamer en de netheid. Sorry voor het ontbijt, het is ons sterke punt samen met het restaurant. Ik zou je willen vertellen dat het buffet kan veranderen, de meeste producten worden door ons gemaakt, van jam tot kaas, yoghurt, cakes, koekjes zijn dingen die niet worden gekocht, het zijn allemaal verse en seizoensgebonden producten die variëren afhankelijk van de seizoensinvloeden en beschikbaarheid. Als u ervan geniet, zien wij u graag bij een volgende gelegenheid terug. Hartelijke groeten Serena

Je suis désolé que vous n'ayez pas bien dormi dans les lits, certains matelas ont été changés avant le début de la saison, nous vérifierons. Habituellement, notre ferme est choisie par les familles avec enfants précisément parce qu'elle est en contact avec la nature et les animaux, les enfants apprennent souvent à se connaître et jouent ensemble.   Close to Volterra and easy commute to Pisa. Dinner on property was very good with a view that was amazing. Donkey and sheep as well as art is fun!! Bed was comfortable, check in and check out was seamless.

  Pool was not useable or ready for the season on 6/1 which was disappointing . With a wedding on property we felt like “intruders” as the property is small.

  Les photos ne rendent vraiment pas service à ce superbe agri-tourisme qui est vraiment exceptionnel de par sa localisation, son accueil, ses tarifs, et son emplacement qui ont fait de notre organisation de mariage un séjour fabuleux. N'hésitez pas un seul instant pour réserver, on y mange très bien des produits bio et locaux fabriqués à la ferme, c'est très bon et les chambres sont vraiment agréables. La vue dégagée au niveau de la piscine en font un endroit vraiment cosy et reposant.

  la piscina avrebbe bisogno di una cura maggiore perché per un paio di giorni dopo ferragosto non è stato possibile utilizzarla in pratica per la metà dei giorni del nostro soggiorno inoltre non era ben chiara la comunicazione per la colazione

  Freundliche Mitarbeiter, schöne Ambiente, der Pool ist toll, in wenigen Minuten in Volterra und in knapp 1-2 Stunden mit dem Auto in vielen sehenswerte Städte wie Siena, Pisa, ect. Wir durften unsere Hochzeit hier feiern! Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Wein und Sekt schmeckt hervorragend, in allem wurde unsere Traum war! Vielen dank an Serena und ihr Team!

  Fliegen und Mücken muss man lieben. Auch waren die Zimmer im Juli leider zu stickig und zu warm. Die Klimagetäte sind dafür nicht ausgelegt. Die Gäste mussten selber die Kühlakkus tauschen, aber man war ja auch mal tagsüber weg…

  Nous avons passé 6 jours assez agréable dans cet établissement. La chambre était agréable et plutôt spacieuse mais manquait de rangement. Petit-déjeuner et repas du soir excellents, toujours des bons produits locaux. Je recommande la demi-pension!

  Un petit réfrigérateur et des espaces de rangement seraient nécessaires dans les chambres, un peu compliqué quand on reste plus de deux, trois jours. J’ai été aussi étonnée que l’on ne nous change pas les serviettes, fallait-il le demander?

  Krásne prostredie, výhľad na Volterra (obzvlášť pri východe slnka), krásny východ aj západ slnka. Pekný bazén. Viacero sedení vonku - na jednom sme pili rannú kávu a sledovali východ slnka, na druhom sme večer pili víno a sledovali západ.

  Susedia v izbe nad nami, ktorých deti mali potrebu naháňať sa po izbe medzi 24:00-02:00, búchať so stoličkami a pod. Vybavenie izby - v kúpeľni chýbali háčiky na uteráky, slabšie vybavenie kuchyne, na dverách by bolo vhodné umiestniť sieťky proti hmyzu aby sa dalo vetrať a pod. Muchy, komáre - ale to je vidiek

  Pozor, ak je nejaké mesto vzdialené 20 km, cesta autom bude vzdialená 40 km a trvať bude takmer hodinu! Na spoznávanie krás toskánska je vhodnejšie iné obdobie ako stred leta. Florencia pri 38 stC nebola žiadna sranda

  Wonderful view of Toscan mountains from the swiping pool, beautiful farm with old stones, very good restaurant, very kind staff, no rules hence no stress (feel like in our own farm), organic sheep’s cheese made in the farm and olive oil.

  The secondary road to reach the farm (>1 km) could be better :) Thanks for everything! We are back home with wonderful souvenirs ! Ciao

  None!!

  What a gorgeous setting! Everyone who worked there was so kind. I'd definitely recommend getting the half-board, it was a great value and the food (especially the cheeses) and drink were amazing. The whole place was exactly as advertised, a wonderful place to relax, go for a walk, eat, and go on day trips to neighboring towns.
