Franco offers a menu from appetizers to desserts including wine at will, water and natural gas, coffee and grappa, are typical dishes of Tuscany, with the majority of our organic products and local companies to short chain, we propose a different menu every day with possible alternative. It is a home cooking, natural and tasty, which is back to the old abundant meals eaten "slow food", the rediscovery of the vigil around the table laden sympathetic to the fireplace in the cool of the pergola or under the starry sky.
