Located in the heart of a farm and wine estate, less than a kilometre from the centre of Torgiano in Umbria, surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills, the farmhouse offers a relaxing stay immersed in nature.
The property consists of a typical farmhouse divided into two flats of 140 square metres each and a small independent house of 80 square metres adjacent to the main house; a large private fenced garden and an equipped swimming pool.
Each flat also enjoys a private furnished pergola and a private barbecue.
The property also has free WIFI both inside and outside.
The property is therefore ideal for couples, families with children or small groups of friends, as the accommodations can be booked either individually or in their entirety depending on the number of guests.
The farmhouse is strategically located in the centre of Umbria, whose towns of historical and artistic interest are within easy reach (Perugia, Assisi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Gubbio, Todi etc.).
Shops, bars, supermarkets and a pharmacy are just 600 metres away.
The farmhouse is part of a medium-sized estate, where there are horses, donkeys, goats and other farmyard animals, which can be freely visited by our guests.
A large organic vegetable garden is freely available to guests, as are organic eggs. At the farm, you can also buy excellent wine, not before tasting it thanks to the free bottles that guests will find on arrival in the rich welcome basket left in the flats.
