The property is an old farmhouse with barn and stables and a landscape of green and blue all around, located in a unique area, home to two native vines: Lacrima di Morro d'AIba and Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi. From this magical encounter the estate was born, perfectly inserted between the splendid hills of the Marche not far from the velvety sands of Senigallia, the ideal setting for spending intense moments of sweet idleness.

The estate represents a harmonious fusion of local tradition, simplicity and refinement with every kind of comfort. It is equipped with 8 rooms and 4 apartments and the welcoming decor inspired by the shades of the hills and the sea, conveys the enveloping feeling of being at home to the places.

Food and wine lovers can visit the vineyards and the cellar tasting our Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi and Lacrima di Morro d’Alba wines.

Located in the charming drying room, the restaurant offers traditional cuisine prepared with seasonal ingredients and at KM0. As wine producers it seemed natural to us to bring our identity to the table and serve the fruit of our work, which is why most of the dishes on offer use wine, grapes, must, reduction, jellies prepared with the grapes we grow ; a culinary research that aims to combine tradition, authenticity and seasonality.

Following the agritourism's philosophy of sustainable development of rural resources, the geothermal system and the photovoltaic panels on the roof are used to meet its energy needs.

There is a panoramic salt water swimming pool surrounded by a well-kept garden with deck chairs and side canopies. Guests can also make use of the shared barbecue, volleyball and basketball net and games for children.
