This small farmhouse surrounded by greenery is part of a large farm that extends in the municipality of San Casciano dei Bagni (Siena) over an area of approximately 300 hectares.
Positioned between 300 and 700 meters above sea level in this Agriturismo, in addition to the traditional crops, the breeding of Chianina cattle takes on particular importance.
Among the prevailing crops is that of the vine which finds particularly favorable conditions and allows the production of Chianti wine.
Extra virgin olive oil deserves special mention. In the company it is possible to visit an ancient 17th century animal traction oil mill.
The company center is still inhabited today by the owners and the numerous farmhouse units have been gradually recovered and destined for agritourism use.

The house was built to house the winemakers responsible for taking care of the surrounding vineyard. Particularly pretty and quiet, despite being near the town of Palazzone, it enjoys a formidable position which dominates the valley below. The careful restoration, respecting the original destinations, has left the characteristics of the farmhouse intact. The outdoor spaces, wisely used, also allow you to enjoy practical equipment (barbecue).
A relaxing hydromassage tub (heated) allows you to enjoy the view even in the winter months.

It can accommodate 3 people. The house is accessed via a comfortable external ramp that leads to the kitchen-living room where the protagonist is a large fireplace. From here two independent doors lead to the double bedroom on one side and to the single bedroom on the other. The pretty toilet with shower, decorated with Vietri ceramic tiles, completes the interiors. TV, free Wi-Fi connection, dishwasher, washing machine, heating. Free parking.

In the nearby town of Palazzone there are food shops, while in Chiusi, as well as supermarkets and all kinds of shops, there are sports facilities.
Guests, if they wish, can visit the old oil mill and the company cellar.
