Thanks to the fantastic hilly position of the farmhouse in which this apartment is located, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the hills of the Val di Pesa, famous for its excellent production of Chianti Classico wine.

The four-room apartment 4 + 4 consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and double large living room with two double sofa beds.

In the garden there is a stone barn, equipped with a small room for dinners or conferences, a kitchen and a small bathroom. At the farmhouse there is also a large garden, swimming pool, barbecue area, private parking and laundry area.

“Très bel endroit en pleine nature. Vue superbe sur les vignobles et les collines. Très bien situé sur l'axe Florence-Sienne. Notre appartement(Quercia) était très joli et très confortable (une salle de bain par chambre et des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres c'est vraiment appréciable ). Les extérieurs (barbecue, piscine etc...)étaient aussi bien entretenus. La qualité de la connexion était satisfaisante(la case préremplie ne permet que passable ou excellente, dommage!)
