You can take cooking classes, attend and participate in the preparation and tasting of local dishes, homemade pasta, typical Rossanesi sweets such as "scoratelli" and "bomboloni".
The first part of the course, about an hour, on the theme "Let's discover foods" provides information on the properties of even the simplest and most common foods, their nutritional values, their benefits, as well as the importance of knowing how to associate and build a meal with a therapeutic purpose through knowledge of foods, their association and cooking methods.
The second part, lasting about two hours, practical and creative with the theme "Let's put our hands in the dough" is dedicated to the preparation of the dishes of the menu of the day with the direct participation of the participants. At the end there will be a collective tasting of the dishes prepared with open discussion and discussion between the participants and the nutritionist expert.
