The property extends over 120 hectares of meadows, woods, gullies and streams not far from Reggio Emilia and Parma. Let yourself be won over by the lush nature of the estate and the organic farm that our family has managed with love and passion since 1968.

The farmhouse is located right at the entrance to the estate and has five bright bedrooms, a breakfast room, a kitchen and a private garden available to guests. The farmhouse, belonging to an area with landscape restrictions, has been completely renovated in full respect of its original characteristics and using local recycled materials, such as terracotta and the same stones that were recovered by farmers during the plowing of wheat.

Great attention was paid to the use of materials to maximize energy savings and a photovoltaic system was created which makes the structure completely self-sufficient for electricity and heating.

The estate is immersed in the greenery of the Emilian hills, home of Parmigiano Reggiano, among oak and field maple trees, lavender, laurel and rosemary plants. The natural environment that surrounds it is a mirror of its ancient past as a peasant residence: since the end of the 19th century it hosted families dedicated to livestock breeding, cheese production and the cultivation of wheat, fodder and Lambrusco vines.

The farmhouse is characterized in summer by a pleasant cool climate, thanks to its position and throughout the year by pleasant scents that descend from the wooded areas that surround it. The ideal place for a relaxing escape in the authenticity of the Emilian hills.

The estate offers large spaces, rich in history, tradition and warmth, customizable to host ceremonies and events. The bright stone rooms, typical of Emilian rural houses and enhanced by careful restoration, extend internally for over 700 m2 and are ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 250 guests. All rooms are air-conditioned and accessible to disabled people.

The structure is located in a spectacular strategic position to explore the Emilian territory, just a few kilometers away from the main tourist and cultural destinations and cities: Canossa, Reggio Emilia, Parma, Modena, Bologna and Mantua.
