This Villa is an elegant stone holiday home, overlooking the hills, perfect for a pleasant holiday in Tuscany. It offers a large 3,000 m2 garden, a swimming pool overlooking the Tuscan hills, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet.

The property can comfortably accommodate 13 people in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms. The owner can provide up to four extra beds included in the rental price, thus making up to 17 guests.
This holiday home with swimming pool in Montepulciano is made up of two separate buildings, in each of which there are various apartments and rooms with bathroom. There is a dining room with kitchen, shared, with only access from the outside and therefore not internally connected with the rest of the structure.
There is also a basement tavern furnished with sofas, fireplace and TV, ideal for gathering together, this room also has an independent entrance from the outside.

This Villa is an excellent starting point for visiting the main art cities of Tuscany and the many charming villages scattered throughout the area. By staying in this Villa in Val d'Orcia you will have the opportunity to relax all day with family and friends by the pool with panoramic views, or visit the museums in the area, go shopping, visit the many wineries in the area that offer tastings of wines, knowing that upon returning, in addition to cooling off in the pool, you can organize a barbecue or an outdoor dinner on the beautiful patio. You can also enjoy cooking, perhaps experimenting with Tuscan recipes as the property is equipped with a well-equipped kitchen with a sufficient number of crockery and cutlery.

The house is part of a farm, so there are farmyard animals, some cats and dogs on site.

The property is located just 3 km away from Montepulciano, in the splendid tourist area of "Val D'orcia" and only 34 km away from Cortona. Those who love walking can reach Montepulciano on foot from the villa.
In Montepulciano and other nearby towns there are shops and small food shops where you can find fresh and genuine products. Just 13 km away from the Villa you will find a shopping center with everything you could want.

Among the popular destinations reachable by car (with distances as the crow flies) from the holiday home we suggest: Cortona 34 km, Montalcino 37 km, Arezzo 53 km, Siena 69 km and Perugia 70 km. The motorway is only 13 km away from the villa and there is also a train station 8 km away.
