This Villa was built on the remains of one of the watchtowers built to defend the city of Volterra and belonging to the Pucci family who reigned over this area for centuries.

The 270 square meter villa extends over two levels and sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with 4 private bathrooms with shower. It has been renovated with great attention to every detail and the result is a luxurious and refined environment, where tradition blends perfectly with all the modern appliances and delightfully romantic furnishings.

You enter the villa directly into the living/dining room, which is spacious and bright thanks to the large arched windows overlooking the garden and offering extraordinary views over the countryside. This cozy room has comfortable sofas on one side and a wooden table and chairs on the other side.

At guests' disposal, a paved terrace equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a swimming pool (6 x 12 meters and from 1 to 1.40 m deep) from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the valley covered with olive groves .

The swimming pool area is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols.

Bar, restaurant, market, newsagent and church are within walking distance.

The villa, thanks to its position in the center of Tuscany, is an excellent starting point for visiting the most important cities of art: San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo, San Miniato, Vinci, Florence, Pisa and Siena.
