The yellow, very cool mobile covered swimming pool -always open- as well as the wellness area with a 3-people jacuzzi and a steam room; the outdoor Dutchtub; the dinners mainly based on local and organic foods; the white truffle in Autumn, wild herbs in Spring; wines, a tied in winery producing high-quality, organic wines from native grapes only: do you need anything else?

The Agriturismo offers you various kinds of stand-alone rooms: the raised houses between the trees with their large outdoor terraces, the rooms-in-the-vineyard with secluded patios and the vines close at hand, a couple of dépendances directly overlooking the vineyards, near the yellow mosaic-tiled swimming pool.

A sumptuous breakfast, with homemade cakes and jams, yogurt, cereals, fruit, a selection of local and refined cheeses and meats, eggs, fresh citrus juices, biscuits, chocolate and hazelnut creams, freshly prepared croissants and minicrepes ..all savored calmly, preferably outdoors, among the colors and sounds of the surrounding countryside.

Indulge in the pleasures of tranquility and self-care, in the pool or in the wellness area; choose from the many paths for hiking and horseback riding, jogging, running, cycling and mountain biking; discover the numerous castles of the Alto Monferrato, the Roman vestiges and the thermal baths of Acqui, the charm of Ovada and the small surrounding villages of ancient history.

The cult of fresh and local ingredients and the philosophy of a slow table: the cuisine of the Eco bio Agriturismo will be able to offer you numerous opportunities for discovery and rediscovery. Far from the usual: risotto with wild hop sprouts and nettles, wild and aromatic herb omelette, sarset salad, fried acacia and elderflower flowers; Piedmontese fassona meat from local farms, morels and field mushrooms, grapes, hazelnuts, wild strawberries; and in autumn the sensory majesty of the local white truffle, of exceptional value.

Wine tastings from the annexed cellar are regularly available, accompanied by typical local products.

By reservation only, you can also dine at the Eco bio Agriturismo. In the magical tranquility of an evening in the countryside, you will enjoy traditional or more innovative dishes, always centered on products and ingredients from the nearby vegetable garden, from local or organic suppliers, in strict compliance with the alternation of the seasons.

Wines
A proposal of wines with marked structure and typicality, susceptible to prolonged aging: Ovada docg, Ovada docg Riserva, Ovada docg, Barbera del Monferrato Superiore docg (in the two versions with aging in large old wood or terracotta amphorae), Barbera del Monferrato Superiore docg, Monferrato doc Dolcetto, Cortese dell'Alto Monferrato doc (with pre-fermentation maceration).

An architecturally characterized winery, developed on three different levels: reception of the grapes and destemming, vinification and pressing, underground barrel cellar. A mixture of river stones, resins, steels, wrapping slats in recycled wood and plastic combine to create a functional and eco-efficient structure.

The entire structure is placed at the service of a natural and non-interventionist cellar philosophy, in intimate respect of traditional practices, the varied characteristics of the micro-terroirs of origin of the grapes, and the climatic variability of each wine-making year. For reasons of ecological consistency, the cellar is not equipped with temperature control, and the wastewater treatment is ensured by a phytodepuration system.
