It rises in Pozzuolo on a charming hill overlooking the plain of Lucca and close to Monte Pisano, among ancient olive groves, vineyards and chestnut groves through which you can take peaceful walks, admiring endless views and having wonderful contacts with nature.

It was born from the desire of Alessandra and Simona to offer a simple and familiar welcome, to make known and appreciated this enchanting place well cared for by the captivating green landscape, where they dedicate themselves to cultivating the olive trees, the vineyard and the territory with passion.

The property has 2 double bedrooms and a triple room with a double bed, plus a single bed with the possibility of adding a fourth bed.

All rooms are equipped with an internal private bathroom, television and Wi-Fi service, they are very welcoming, finely renovated and furnished, maintaining the characteristic style of the old barn with exposed wooden beams and rafters.

In winter, the property has a cozy breakfast room, well heated by a characteristic fireplace and an area where you can listen to good and relaxing music.

In summer, however, it is possible to enjoy the well-organized outdoor spaces equipped with a gazebo, a barbecue, and sit in deck chairs to enjoy the warm sun and the view.
