The holiday apartment is air-conditioned, has excellent exposure to the south and south-west, is equipped with a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a large equipped terrace, solarium with sun loungers, outdoor shower, relaxation area, outdoor hydromassage tub available from June 1st to Semptember 30th, barbecue with tables and dehor.

The holiday apartment with terrace overlooking the sea is located in the wonderful Ligurian hinterland town of Lingueglietta which is rightly among the most beautiful villages in Italy.
In the main square, where one of the two car parks in the hamlet is located, overlooks the church dedicated to the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, dating back to the 13th century, which preserves the remains of San Clemente.
The main monument of Lingueglietta is the church of San Pietro, a very rare example of a religious building transformed into a fortress in the 16th century: it was there that the people took refuge and defended themselves during the Barbary raids.
Under an archivolt in the center of the town are the ancient units of measurement for oil, wine and grain, made of stone and perfectly preserved. A few meters away is the ancient market, a historic place that offers a wonderful view of the sea.
