  Avondeten is relatief duur en niet top. De pasta’s wel maar dat zijn kleine gerechten en ook prijzig.

  “Beautiful Farmhouse, Excellent Food, but Poor Air Conditioning”

  The farmhouse and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. I really enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings -- there were fireflies! The breakfast was exceptional, and there were lots of delicious, homemade options. I enjoyed the fresh fruit from the farm (especially the cherries). We also had dinner at their restaurant both nights, which I highly recommend. The food was excellent and the prices very reasonable. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.

  The air conditioners didn't really work. The units turned on, but the air that came out wasn't cold at all. We were able to cool off the room on the second floor, but my girlfriend's mother had a tough time on the first floor (she only had one window and couldn't get a cross breeze).To be fair, I didn't try to discuss this issue with the owners. We didn't have the best experience checking in upon arrival, so I didn't want to bring it up. I speak very little Italian and was having trouble communicating with the older gentleman at the desk. Fortunately, we had a better experience the rest of our stay. Nonetheless, this place might be best for those who speak some Italian.
