The villa is a recently restored old farmhouse located on the hill of the Pierle Castle. The restoration has maintained the original Tuscan style with exposed chestnut beams and architraves and stone hearths dating back to the 19th century.
The apartments, all independent, are equipped with an independent heating system and four of them have a fireplace.
In all apartments you will find satellite TV, stereo system, CD player, fully equipped kitchen.
The private garden, behind the villa, has a spectacular view over the Niccone Valley and the Umbrian mountains.
In the middle on an embankment is the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (12x6 meters, 140 cm maximum depth). There is also ample garden equipment: sunbeds, tables, chairs, umbrellas.
In addition, the illuminated area of the garden has been equipped with barbecue, wood-burning oven and tables for grilling, pizzas and drinks in the open air.
