The property covers a whole hill dominated from the two country houses.

In the 27 hectares of land there are more than 1700 olive trees and three crops of vineyard of different typology (Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet), some areas of forest and a small lake.

The swimming pool-solarium (14x6m) occupies an admirable panoramic position overlooking a marvelous view over the valley below, providing fascinating moments of relax.

The farm has 5 apartments, with the best comfort: private bathroom with bathtub or shower and hairdryer, Wi-Fi, TV and kitchen. 

The rooms, with typical characteristics of the old country houses in the area, are large and comfortable, without losing the taste for detail: wrought iron beds, antique furniture, hardwood and ceramics from Deruta.

Besides the use of our public areas (swimming pool, gym, table tennis, children's playground), our farm offers other activities such as riding lessons and horseback riding, trekking and biking on trails or on the road for real amateurs.

For golf lovers, is a privileged place for its proximity to the Golf Club , an 18-hole championship course of 600 hectares, with an adjoining ancient castle and equipped with a 250 meters of practice field, with variety of shooting positions, undulating fairways and target green, putting green, pitching area and sand bunker.
