This farmhouse with swimming pool between Umbria and Tuscany is a farmhouse dating back to 1882. In different times from today they were also ideal venues for dance parties. The end of a harvest, the wedding or the birth of someone was enough to find ourselves there, under the cool of the pine forest, cheered by the sound of an accordion. Small fires scattered here and there along the avenues below, lit by farmers in the evening, as if to defeat the darkness of the surrounding countryside.

The historical rural flavor of the property is characteristic, within the splendid setting of the main villa. Natural peace and silence broken only by the sounds of the countryside, the town and the ringing of the bell tower (the apse of the town's main church is located inside the property).

The farmhouse consists of three independent apartments of approximately 100 m2. each, connected by an external staircase with a common laundry room, products room, recreation room (table football, table tennis), external barbecues, a large swimming pool and a children's playground.

We are isolated in the park of the property but also in the center of the town of Morra, close to services, shops, 100 meters from the sports center (football, tennis, bowls).

The apartments, equipped with heating, allow the farmhouse to be open all year round and the size of their rooms makes them suitable for hosting groups.

The farmhouse apartments are furnished with period pieces. Stone fireplaces from the 17th century (17th century), as are the old sinks in stone. The plasters alternate with masonry walls, original floors and ceilings with ancient tiles and wooden beams. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen and two or three bedrooms, Bathrooms with shower (including one for disabled people). The family is the custodian of the rural history of Morra.

N.B.: Free Wi-Fi is available in the large common room and in the large veranda furnished with tables and chairs, both also ideal for those wishing to combine work with a holiday.

By staying in the refined and original environment of this manor house, you can carry out various activities:

• Walks in the green countryside (on foot and by bike);
• Visits to nearby farms (cheeses, vegetables, wines, Chianina meats and Umbrian cured meats) to be cooked directly in the fireplace or in the barbecue of the apartments;
• Visits to castles, old parish churches and sanctuaries in the Valley;
• Sport Fishing 3 km away;
• Tennis 10 km;
• Stable Riding and Horse rides in the nearby equestrian center (10 km);
• Excursions and Trekking along signposted routes.
• Possibility of picking mushrooms and chestnuts.

The strategic position of the farmhouse exactly on the border between Umbria and Tuscany allows visits to the art cities of these 2 beautiful Italian regions rich in history: Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Cortona, Borgo Sansepolcro, Arezzo.
