In this Agriturismo with swimming pool near Perugia, a completely relaxing holiday awaits you, full of fun, culture and good food, in a serene and familiar environment.
Treat yourself to a few days Between Heaven and Earth, breathe life! Let yourself be pampered by the warm and welcoming environment of this farm, choose to taste our flavors, the fruit of our work and our passion, which you can savor in the farmhouse's Osteria and, if you wish, dedicate some time to sport , approaching the world of horse riding or perfecting your techniques.

You will stay in an old farmhouse that has been carefully restored and divided into 5 apartments, surrounded by 80 hectares of greenery, the natural habitat of birds and wild animals (deer, wild boar, hares and aquatic animals), with a panoramic view of the surrounding villages of Umbria and Tuscany.
Each apartment has heating, bedrooms furnished with care, private bathroom, kitchenette with fully equipped kitchen, TV, patio with table and chairs for reading or dining outdoors; some also have a fireplace and all are furnished with the taste of the typical country villas of Umbria and Tuscany.
An easily accessible ground floor apartment has a bathroom equipped for disabled people.

At guests' disposal: a convenient car park, a large swimming pool, a beautiful playground for children, shaded by the centuries-old oaks that surround the entire estate.

The farmhouse has two swimming pools: one in the main farmhouse garden, the other in front of Casale Poetalla and reserved for its guests.
Each pool measures 12x6 meters with a height that varies from a minimum of 1.20 to a maximum of 2.40. The area around the pools is well cared for, equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and gazebos, ideal for finding the right relaxation, immersed in the quiet of the Umbrian countryside.
N.B.: the swimming pools are open from 15 May to 2 October.

The Farmhouse Restaurant

The cuisine of the Agriturismo favors typical Umbrian products such as cured meats, cheeses and fresh handmade pasta; red meat from Chianina cows, enjoyed in carpaccio, steak, fillet or T-bone steak; farm grown vegetables and herbs.
Homemade desserts and finally the precious white truffles and extra virgin olive oil complete the flavors and aromas typical of Umbrian and Tuscan cuisine.

To crown each menu there is a wide choice of wines from local cellars: excellent red and white wines can accompany any good dish.

In the summer, eating outdoors will allow you to enjoy good food in contact with nature.

Staying in this farmhouse, in the rolling hills between Umbria and Tuscany, you can walk in the woods, taste genuine cuisine, inspired by the Umbrian and Tuscan tradition, taste the famous Chianina steaks in our restaurant, relax in the farmhouse pool or have fun in the equestrian centre, taking riding lessons, or trekking on horseback, or even visiting the numerous art cities in the surrounding area.

Sports enthusiasts can indulge in mountain bike excursions, trekking, wading streams.

During your stay it is possible to take riding lessons in the partner riding school which is about twenty minutes from the agriturismo. From there you can set off to discover the scenic beauty of the place by horseback riding in the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside or dedicate yourself to approaching horses directly in the stables.

Surroundings
The farm is immersed in an area rich in history, culture and nature. In less than 20 minutes, you can reach interesting historical centers of Umbria and Tuscany: Orvieto, San Casciano dei Bagni, Cetona, Città della Pieve, Montepulciano.
The villages of the nearby Val D'Orcia are also of historical interest, while for completely relaxing holidays we point out the nearby spa resorts such as Chianciano, S. Albino, Bagno Vignoni.

Our guests will also be able to enjoy discounted admissions to the Terme di S. Casciano and the sensory spas of Chianciano.
For those who prefer a food and wine holiday, we organize wine tastings at the Ravazzi winery in Palazzone.
A little further away, but of great interest and well connected, are Umbrian art cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Todi, and Tuscan ones such as Pienza, Montalcino, Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Cortona.
