Le logement était très propre, bien aménagé et bien équipé. La cuisine du chef, un réel délice et vraiment authentique. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni et le dîner au bord de la piscine avec notamment des pâtes fraîches ''maison'', rien à redire ! La famille est vraiment sympathique, à l'écoute.

Nette Gastgeber, gekocht wird auf Nachfrage, saubere Wohnung , toller Pool für Kinder und Erwachsene, schöne Landschaft mit tollen Sonnen Untergängen , tolle kleine Städtchen in der Nähe die nicht unbedingt von Reiseführern beworben werden

Aufgrund der Straßen Beschaffenheit muss man auch für wenige Kilometer immer etwas mehr Zeit einplanen ( hat aber nichts mit der Unterkunft selbst zu tun )

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne und komfortable Unterkunft mit Klimaanlage. Der Pool ist großartig. Und die Vermieter waren sehr nett und unterstützend. Das durch den Vermieter zubereitete Essen schmeckte köstlich. Die Umgebung war sehr schön.

Lediglich die Zufahrt zum Haus ist zu kritisieren. Langsam fahren lohnt sich, sonst kann es passieren, dass das Auto aufgrund von Schlaglöchern aufsetzt.

iL Roseto tiene algun y otro ruido de la cocina del pequeño restaurante. Aun asi la calidad del citio es muy buena.

- exellent views while having breakfast - owner is very friendly and is a very good chef! - no internet connection, so there is no 'stress' of e-mails and such - not so much people - rooms are big with own kitchen with fridge

- the last kilometer of road to Cinigiano 1308 is very bad: it's a bumpy ride with stiff suspension ;) - towels aren't changed everyday (unless you ask for new ones)

Bring a good book and enough foodsupplies: the nearest supermarket isn't around the corner. Have a dinner at Cinigiano 1308. It isn't too cheap, but from Pablo it's worth it!

The Roseto flat was really cool for a family with 2 young ones. The owners are really kind persons and that was a pleasure to stay and eat there. The small village next to the accommodation has everything you need. The washing machine in the flat was a nice and useful add-on to the flat.

No Wifi, but the village next to the property had enough bars/restaurant with wifi.

Let Paulo cooks for you as often as possible.

Die Eigentümerfamilie ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere im Umgang mit kleinen Kindern. Wir haben uns in der familiären Atmosphäre schnell sehr wohl gefühlt. Die zwanglosen Abendessen an der großen gemeinsamen Tafel, mit jeweiliger Vorstellungen der einzelnen Gänge durch Küchenchef Paolo (bei Intersse auch mit ausführlichen Erklärungen zur Zubereitung) haben auch Ihren Beitrag dazu geleistet.

Hinweis: Wenn der Schwerpunkt des Urlaubs auf kulturellen Besichtigungen liegt, sollte man die relativ langen Fahrzeiten mit dem Auto berücksichtigen.

Manque un peu d'intimité dans le jardin dû à l'exposition de la maison Accacia. Peut être laisser pousser les haies un peu plus... Pas de verres à pied alors qu'on est au milieu des vignes mais nous en avons laissé sur place lave-vaisselle pour ceux qui ne sont pas en demi-pension

Gouter la cuisine de Paolo, ancien ex cuisinier international (ils n'ont pas osé le dire en début de séjour et avec les enfants nous n'avons pas essayé et regrettons...)

Az apartmanokhoz tartozott egy úszómedence, melynek partján kellenmes volt pihenni.

Nem volt wifi, nem működött a magyar stickünk sem. A tulajdonost kellett megkérnünk, hogy a saját stickjét adja ide, a munkánkhoz nélkülözhetetlen az internet a szabink alatt is. A szálláshelyre néhány km hosszú földes-kavicsos úton lehet bejutni,melyről nem tájékoztattak.Az autónk úgy nézett ki, mintha cross versenyről jöttünk volna. A tulajdonos a családjával a felettünk lévő lakrészben lakott, így este 10-12 között még nem tudtunk pihenni, mert használták a mosogatógépet, ugráltak a gyerekek...stb.folyamatos zaj volt. A szállásdíj kiegyenlítésekor "végtakarítás" jogcímen 40 EUR összeget kértek tőlünk, mely rendben is lett volna, ha korábban erről tájékoztat valaki erről minket /és nem akkor találják ki/ Évekkel ezelőtt jártunk már Toszkánában egy másik szálláshelyen, ott kisebb ajándékokat kaptunk a vendéglátótól pl. bor, olivaolaj. Nyilván ez nem elvárható, viszont fontos gesztus lett volna.

We really made so good and pleasant experience here. Owners are so very nice and helpful and always ready for you. The quality of food and wine is just excellent. And for very good money too. The swimming pool is great for relaxation and ideal for kids. The surrounding landscape is very beautiful - typical Tuscany

We will miss it.

You should ask the owner for home made pasta or ravioli. It is very delicious. You can also buy some very good quality wine (Brunello etc.) for enormously low prices in nearby town Montalcino town. Do not miss sulfid springs in Saturnia and many other places like Pienza, Sovana...

Beautiful position - spectacular views from the apartment. Lovely pool - good size and good supply of comfortable beds and chairs . Very friendly owners including a fantastic chef who provided wonderful meals.

Have a meal - Paulo the chef was highly skilled and the food he produced for us was amazing...no need to eat out. Plenty of lovely/interesting places to visit - Montalcino was a treat; Porto San Stefano a great day out with lots of others to choose . Would highly recommend - dont think the pictures on the website do this place justice!

The apartment was beautiful and very romantic, and the views were fantastic. We especially loved sipping our morning coffee on the patio outside, surrounded by lavander and other plants, looking at the magnificent landscape. The pool is also great and everything is so quiet and peaceful. The family that runs the place really knows how to make you feel welcome and the food that Paolo (the owner and the chef) prepared was the best we ate in a week of touring the restaurants. It's a special discovery to find such a good chef at the place you are staying. The accommodation is very centrally located so we took many interesting day trips. It all made it the best holiday we took in years. We'll definitely come back.

We wish we could have stayed longer.

Definitely treat yourself to Paolo's cuisine.

Beautiful views, peaceful location, comfy bed, lovely people.

When we were there (2010) the family were developing the facilities (adding spa-type facilities+restaurant) so there was some building noise.

Definately take advantage of Paolo's amazing cooking skills - plus homemade olive oil.

Es un sitio precioso y relajante

Las carreteras principales quedan un poco lejos. Los precios de los menus que te ofrecen en la casa rural nos parecieron muy caros.

Aunque queden lejos las principales carreteras y el acceso sea una poco precario, vale la pena llegar hasta allí porque el lugar es precioso y tranquilo en medio de la naturaleza y con unos paisajes bellos típicos de la Toscana, las instalaciones son muy cómodas y está muy cuidado y limpio. Los dueños son muy agradables y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto allí.

Comment by the Owner La zona non è coperta da connessioni wireless, tuttavia garantiamo ai nostri ospiti di navigare in internet, concedendo l'uso esclusivo del nostro ufficio privato 24 ore su 24. La strada che collega la provinciale al casale è di soli 800m., ed è bianca come previsto dalla normativa vigente della regione Toscana. ( peraltro, durante tutto l'anno vengono effettuati lavori di manutenzione ordinaria e ogni primavera realizziamo lavori di manutenzione straordinaria.) I nostri menu' hanno un prezzo massimo di euro 30.00. Il menu' comprende diversi antipasti, un primo piatto, un secondo con contorni, dessert; i nostri piatti sono preparati con prodotti tipici di prima scelta; per i bambini c'e' una riduzione.

These people know how to make you feel welcome. We were delighted to find out there is a chef in the house who likes to demonstrate his cooking. The pool was beautiful. There were a number of interesting day trips in the area, including hill towns, nature walks, a beach, hot springs and a nature reserve. I left my purse behind and they took care of me even after I left, multiple phone calls to get an address, then mailing it to one of our destinations later in our trip.

I wish we could have stayed longer!

Although dinners cost extra, it is well worth it for both the food and the company.

Paolo hat uns bestens umsorgt und versorgt.Was der Garten gerade so hergab gab es gratis und auch Kleinigkeiten, die uns zum Kochen gerade fehlten, konnten wir von Paolo ausleihen. Zum Frühstück toastete Paolo uns immer Brot auf, da er bald bemerkte, dass uns die üblichen süßen Stückchen morgens nicht so recht anmachten. Sehr aufmerksam beobachtet, wie ich finde. Der Pool und die ganze Außenanlage war wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet. Das sieht viel schöner als in der Internetpräsentation aus. Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls mit Liebe eingerichtet, wobei unser Innenbadezimmer schon etwas gelitten hat. Jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen schönen Außenbereich. Auch der Tischkicker wurde von uns oft und gerne genutzt. Die Leih-Mountainbikes haben wir aufgrund der großen Hitze nicht genutzt.

Das Anwesen ist nur über eine ca. 1km lange Schotterpiste zu erreichen und der nächste Ort liegt ca. 4km entfernt.

Paolo ist ein sehr guter Koch und Abendessen am Pool mit Sonnenuntergang; davon träumen wir heute noch. Die ganze Familie sorgt bestens für ihre Gäste. Siena, das Meer, Niki Saint Phalle und vieles mehr sind auf jeden Fall eine längere Autofahrt wert.

Le complexe entier était très agréable

Demandé au proprétaire ou se rendre autour de $NomeStruttura magasin commerce randonnée, restaurant banque etc. Ne pas oublier de demander un souper au bord de la piscine avec le cuisinier Paolo.

Gorgeous surrounings, great views, beautiful pool, close to ocean

Not very private-

If you choose this place, please buy their expensive poolside pizza dinner. I didn't- it was way more than a restaurant for our large party of 8 and we were going to Montalchino that night- the owner was decidely mean and nasty to me once I declined the dinner.I found out later that is it customary to budget in the overpriced dinner into your stay out of respect to the owners,but I didn't know that then. He was SO NICE to us until we declined the dinner, then... dirty looks, not saying good morning, bad attitude at breakfast. It was embarrassing and a bit humourous too!!

Grape harvest was earlier than anticipated...no fault of the place.
