Inside, there are three comfortable apartments arranged vertically, like typical Ligurian houses—“from top to bottom”—all featuring a panoramic rooftop terrace.
On the ground floor are the entrance and the spacious common living room with a TV.

Casa Vinsa is a building made of local stone, typical of the Ligurian hinterland. It has been completely renovated and features two spacious, comfortably furnished studio apartments, each equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom, and air conditioning/heating, and capable of accommodating up to three people each.
Situated on a panoramic south-facing slope overlooking the valley toward the sea and the city of Imperia, it offers a view that stretches from the mountains to the sea.
A large garden, over 250 square meters in size and equipped with a barbecue, deck chairs, and sun loungers, with a view of the sea at the bottom of the valley, is available to guests.
