This characteristic medieval village of the Riviera dei Fiori is located in a panoramic position, about 400 meters above sea level surrounded by olive groves, just 12 km from the coast where the territory gently slopes from Pizzo Evigno (989 m) towards the hamlets of Gazzelli and di Torria and dominates from above on the valley bottom of the Impero stream.

On one side the sea, on the other the maritime Alps, an enchantment that takes your breath away. The coast and the city of Imperia are about 20 minutes, just 12 km. The main attractions, Montecarlo, the Cote d'Azur, Sanremo, Alassio can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. Do not miss the other 'pearls' of the hinterland such as Pieve di Teco, Apricale, Triora and the towns of the lower Piedmont rich in food and wine proposals.

We have 8 apartments located in three typical Ligurian houses, each different from the other; Casa degli Orti, Casa del Borgo and Casa Vinsa.
All the apartments have outdoor space, terrace or private and equipped garden.

Staying in Casa degli Orti, you can spend days in complete relaxation in its large garden of over 2,500 square meters and enjoy the tranquility and healthiness of the hinterland climate.
The garden offers many spaces to relax and is the ideal starting point for pleasant panoramic walks in the countryside and surrounding streams. A paradise for adults and children of all ages.

Casa del Borgo, on the other hand, is located in the center of the medieval village and has enchanting panoramic terraces!
It is a typical Ligurian house from the late 19th century, located in the historic center, the medieval core of the municipality of Chiusanico.
Inside there are three comfortable apartments developed vertically, like the typical Ligurian houses, "from sky to earth" all equipped with a panoramic terrace on the roof.
On the ground floor there is the entrance and the large shared living room with TV.
Available for guests is the panoramic garden / solarium, an ideal space to relax, sunbathe or organize a barbecue with friends.

Casa Vinsa is a building in local stone characteristic of the Ligurian hinterland, it has been completely renovated and has 2 large studios comfortably furnished with kitchenette, private bathroom and air conditioning / heating, capable of hosting up to 3 people each.
In a panoramic position on the south-facing slope it overlooks the valley towards the sea and the city of Imperia, it enjoys a view that ranges from the mountains to the sea.
A large garden equipped with barbecue, deckchairs and sun loungers of over 250 m2 with a view of the sea in the valley is available to guests.

Events: With our on-site consultancy it is possible to organize events or activities, internal and external common areas are available, wood-burning fireplace rooms and daylight ideal for special events or recreational activities.

Fill the fridge: Upon request, a home delivery service of quality food and wine products is available; Rosanna, owner of the village grocery store, delivers directly to the apartments before arrival or during the stay with 24 hours notice - minimum order 25 euros.

The beauty of the Ligurian Riviera di Ponente does not end up along the dazzling arch of the coast. Even the hinterland attracts tourists with its bright valleys with serene holiday centers, with ancient villages and castles that seem to be intact medieval scenarios.

Il Borgo is a hill town where the clock of time seems to have stood still for decades. Among woods, olive groves and mountain pastures you can admire breathtaking views and appreciate genuine products.

Ideal place to spend holidays of pleasure and regenerate. Leisure activities as well as study or work can be set in the open spaces or in the common areas of the medieval core of the village.
